SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Last Updated: August 21, 2026
Citrus Root, operated by Vantage Digital Group LLC ("Citrus Root," "we," "us," or "our"), offers certain products through optional recurring subscription plans.
This policy explains how subscription enrollment, recurring billing, renewal, modification, and cancellation work.
Our objective is for customers to understand clearly when they are enrolling in a subscription and to be able to stop future recurring charges without unreasonable barriers.
1. SUBSCRIPTION ENROLLMENT
Where a product is available both as a one-time purchase and as a subscription, the available purchase options are identified before checkout.
Before a subscription purchase is completed, we disclose the material terms applicable to the selected subscription offer, including where applicable:
The product being purchased.
The amount charged at the time of enrollment.
The recurring price.
The billing and delivery frequency.
That the subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
Any introductory or promotional pricing.
When promotional pricing expires.
Applicable shipping charges.
How the subscription may be cancelled.
A subscription is not intended to be created unless the customer affirmatively proceeds with the subscription purchase option.
By completing a subscription transaction after the recurring terms are presented, you expressly authorize the recurring billing described in those terms.
2. AFFIRMATIVE CONSENT
Citrus Root seeks express consent to subscription terms before initiating recurring billing.
We do not knowingly rely on customer silence, hidden terms, or intentionally misleading interfaces as consent to a recurring subscription.
Where applicable law requires a particular method or form of consent, we will comply with that requirement.
We may retain electronic records reasonably demonstrating subscription enrollment and consent, including:
The subscription offer presented.
The subscription option selected.
The price.
The billing frequency.
The applicable version of the subscription terms.
The date and time of enrollment.
The associated order information.
Available electronic evidence of affirmative consent.
Consent records may be maintained for the period required by applicable law.
3. SUBSCRIPTION CONFIRMATION
After subscription enrollment, we will provide an electronic order or subscription acknowledgment capable of being retained by the customer.
The confirmation will include or provide access to important subscription information such as:
The recurring product.
The recurring price.
The billing frequency.
The automatic-renewal nature of the subscription.
Instructions or access for managing or cancelling the subscription.
Customers should retain their subscription confirmation for their records.
4. RECURRING BILLING AUTHORIZATION
By subscribing, you authorize Citrus Root and its payment processors to charge the payment method associated with your subscription according to the billing frequency and amount disclosed at enrollment or later expressly agreed to by you.
Recurring charges may include:
The applicable subscription product price.
Disclosed shipping charges.
Applicable taxes.
Your subscription continues until cancelled.
5. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the frequency selected by the customer unless and until cancelled.
Available subscription frequencies may include approximately every 30 days, every 90 days, every 150 days, or another frequency clearly selected by the customer.
The specific schedule associated with your subscription controls.
Your current subscription schedule should be available through your subscription-management portal or relevant subscription communications.
6. RENEWAL COMMUNICATIONS
We provide renewal notices where required by applicable law.
We may also provide courtesy reminders, renewal receipts, and subscription-management communications beyond what applicable law requires.
Where our systems are configured to provide a pre-renewal reminder, the communication may include:
The product.
The upcoming charge.
The scheduled billing date.
A method or link for managing or cancelling the subscription.
Failure to receive a courtesy reminder does not automatically cancel an otherwise active subscription unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory renewal-notice requirement that applies to your subscription.
7. HOW TO CANCEL
You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee.
ONLINE CANCELLATION
You may cancel through the subscription-management portal accessible through your customer account, subscription emails, or another subscription-management link made available by Citrus Root.
EMAIL CANCELLATION
You may also cancel by emailing:
info@citrusroot.co
Please include information sufficient for us to identify your subscription, such as your name, email address, and/or order number.
You are not required to call us in order to cancel an online subscription.
We do not require you to:
Provide a particular reason for cancellation.
Complete a mandatory retention questionnaire.
Purchase another product.
Pay a cancellation fee.
Speak with a sales or retention representative.
We may offer an optional pause, discount, alternative delivery frequency, or other retention option during the cancellation process, but you remain free to proceed with cancellation.
8. WHEN CANCELLATION TAKES EFFECT
An online self-service cancellation becomes effective when the cancellation is successfully completed and confirmed through the subscription system.
An identifiable written cancellation request sent to our customer-support team will be processed promptly.
Once cancellation becomes effective:
No new recurring subscription charges should be initiated.
Future scheduled renewal orders are cancelled.
We will provide or make available confirmation of cancellation.
Cancellation does not necessarily reverse an order that was validly charged and entered processing before the cancellation became effective.
If you believe you were charged after an effective cancellation, contact us immediately so that we can investigate and correct the issue where appropriate.
9. ORDERS CREATED BEFORE CANCELLATION
If a renewal charge occurred before your cancellation became effective, the resulting order may already have entered fulfillment.
Contact us promptly if you wish to attempt to cancel that order.
If we can successfully stop an unshipped order, we will provide the appropriate refund.
Orders that have already shipped are subject to our Refund Policy and any applicable statutory rights.
10. PAUSING OR MODIFYING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Subject to the options available for your subscription plan, you may be able to:
Pause future shipments.
Change shipment frequency.
Update your shipping address.
Update your payment information.
Change eligible quantities.
Change other subscription preferences.
Changes can generally be made through the subscription-management portal or by contacting us.
A modification affecting an order that has already entered processing may not be possible.
11. PRICE CHANGES AND OTHER MATERIAL CHANGES
We will not knowingly impose a materially different recurring price without providing the notice and consent required by applicable law.
If we make a material subscription price increase, we intend to provide advance notice before the new charge takes effect.
Where applicable law requires a specific notice period or additional affirmative consent, that requirement controls.
Any notice of a material change will include or provide access to a method for cancelling the subscription.
12. PAYMENT METHOD UPDATES
Payment processors and card networks may provide updated payment credentials when a payment card expires, is replaced, or otherwise receives an account update.
Where permitted by law and applicable payment-network rules, updated credentials may be used for future subscription charges unless you cancel your subscription.
13. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a recurring payment fails, we may:
Notify you.
Retry the payment a reasonable number of times.
Request updated payment information.
Pause fulfillment.
Suspend the subscription.
Cancel the subscription.
We will not intentionally ship a renewal order that requires successful payment until payment has been properly processed.
14. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
Your qualifying first subscription order is subject to our 90-day first subscription order money-back guarantee.
Subsequent renewal orders are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal billing but does not automatically create a refund for an order that was validly processed before cancellation.

15. INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS
Certain jurisdictions impose additional subscription, automatic-renewal, withdrawal, notice, refund, or cancellation requirements.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
Where applicable mandatory law provides you with greater rights than this policy, those rights apply.
16. NO RETALIATION FOR CANCELLATION
We will not deny ordinary customer support or statutory consumer remedies merely because a customer cancels a subscription.
17. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
We may update this general policy prospectively.
Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated in the manner and within the period required by applicable law before the change takes effect.
